What's the difference between these expeditions and other adventure trips I find online?Our expeditions are crafted as life-changing, tailored adventures—not just group trips. Preparation starts 3-6 months prior, including a personalized training program. We access remote locations that require special permits and expert guidance, ensuring a unique, unforgettable experience beyond the usual.

What level of fitness is required to join an Element X expedition?Each expedition has a fitness level rating (1-5). Most are accessible if you can walk 5-10 km and follow our training plan. We assess your fitness beforehand and provide a tailored training schedule to help you prepare.
