24K ALPINE EXPEDITION 2027
Six times above
4,000 meters
The Monte Rosa massif in Valais is known for its high concentration of 4,000-meter peaks within a compact area. This makes it possible to combine multiple summits without long transfers or added risks.
You move for days above the glacier line: across vast snowfields, along sharp ridges, and through terrain where altitude, pace, and efficiency are decisive.
During the 24K Alpine Expedition, everything revolves around precision, focus, and collaboration. This is mountaineering in its most functional form: technically accessible, but physically and mentally demanding.

The story of this expedition
This expedition is designed as a gradual learning and climbing experience in the high mountains, with a focus on controlled progression. Comfort and familiar conveniences are deliberately left behind, but always within a framework of structure, guidance, and safety. Terrain, altitude, and group dynamics reinforce each other at every stage.
You learn mountaineering by doing: moving at altitude, coping with fatigue, making decisions in alpine terrain, and functioning as a team. Performance or speed is not the focus; sustainable progress and trust above 4,000 meters are.
Mountaineering
No mountaineering experience is required. During the preparation program, you learn the basic high-alpine skills together with your dedicated X-Guide. Through targeted training and via ferratas in the Alps, you build technique and confidence, so you start the climbs well prepared.
The program gradually familiarizes you with altitude, equipment, and technical terrain, so that you start the expedition with a solid foundation and a clear understanding.
Safety & guidance
Safety forms the foundation of every Element X expedition. Your dedicated X-Guide accompanies you throughout the preparation program and holds WFR certification, with extensive experience in challenging environments. During the climbs, you are supported by UIAGM-certified guides, specialized in high-alpine terrain.
Each expedition is equipped with satellite communication, GPS tracking, clear procedures, a detailed evacuation plan, and local support in the Alps.
No one steps
unprepared into
the unknown.
The preparation process
(min. 3 - 6 months in advance)
always consists of:
a group briefing with
physical analysisa personalised training schedule
technical and resilience training
a session on equipment, nutrition and sleep setup
a final physical check-in

During the 24K Alpine Expedition, everything revolves around precision, focus, and teamwork. This is mountaineering in its most functional form: technically accessible, yet physically and mentally demanding.

You learn mountaineering by doing: moving at altitude, coping with fatigue, making decisions in alpine terrain, and functioning as a team. Performance or speed is not the focus; sustainable progress and trust above 4,000 meters are.
Beforehand, you go through an intensive preparation program. Together with our X-Guides, you work on essential skills such as via ferratas, crampon techniques, rope work, and glacier exercises. You follow a personalized training plan that prepares you physically and technically for the high mountains.
From the start, you are in high-alpine terrain. The pace is functional, acclimatization is central, and every movement is deliberate. You move from rock to snow and from snow to ice, with six peaks above 4,000 meters forming the core of the program. Each summit requires a different approach and focus.
A crucial moment is the overnight stay at the highest hut in the Alps. This strategically located hut plays a key role in acclimatization and serves as the starting point for multiple summits. Altitude, rest, and positioning come together here.
