Operations Manager

But such an adventure doesn’t organize itself. That’s where you come in.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to ensure that our expeditions and team-building experiences are not only epic but also flawlessly organized. You will be the one keeping an overview, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring that our participants can fully focus on their experience—without any hassle behind the scenes.

What are you going to do?

Coordinate expeditions and team-building events – From the initial planning phase to the final debrief, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
Oversee planning, budgets, and logistics – You have a helicopter view and know exactly where all the puzzle pieces need to fit.
Collaborate with local partners & suppliers – Ensuring our participants always get the best experience.
Manage financial follow-up – Handling invoices and payments without letting anything slip through the cracks.
Optimize processes – You identify ways to make things smarter, faster, and better, actively contributing to our growth.

Who are we looking for?

Organizational talent – You love structure but also know when flexibility is needed.
Experience – A few years in project management, event organization, outdoor travel, or a similar field is a plus.
Problem solver – Where others see obstacles, you see solutions.
Hands-on mentality – You don’t wait; you take action.
Strong communicator – Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Task- and team-oriented – You know how to lead people and ensure things run efficiently.
Calm presence – You radiate and embody a sense of calm, even in high-pressure situations.
