Former Para Commando and wilderness expert, known for guiding the program De Expeditie: Namibië. He uses his expertise in survival and leadership to push entrepreneurs beyond their comfort zones. With Element X, he guides participants through extreme environments, helping them discover their mental and physical strength.

Yasmin is a certified leadership coach who helps leaders unlock their full potential, both personally and professionally. Through We Are Lions, she offers individual and group coaching focused on confidence, entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and breaking limiting beliefs. Commitment is key – preparing for the expedition
You won’t do this alone but with a group of like-minded individuals. The transformation doesn’t start on the day of departure but two to three months before the expedition. We begin with an intensive preparation program where you get to know the group and we prepare you physically and mentally for the adventure.

EXPEDITION
OVERVIEW
Day 1:
Arrival in Marrakesh
We kick off the journey in a beautiful hotel with a pool, where we make the final preparations and mentally prepare you for the expedition.
Days 2-5: Expedition through the Sahara
Over five days, we trek through the breathtaking Sahara. You will learn essential survival skills and receive both personal and group coaching to strengthen your leadership and confidence.
Day 6: Arrival at the Oasis
You did it. A moment to reflect on everything you have achieved. What a team, what an accomplishment.
Days 7-8: Atlas Mountains
Explore the stunning Atlas Mountains. Here, we continue with practical self-reflections and exercises in a breathtaking setting.
Day 9: Reflection & Return
We return to Marrakesh for a final reflection session, where we summarize everything and prepare you for your journey home - equipped with new insights and leadership skills. Life will never be the same again!

What coaching is included in the leadership expedition?
On this journey, you will experience the unique interplay between knowledge and experience. To expand your awareness around the challenges in your life, you need to develop both.
In addition to informal conversations with other leaders, there is daily group coaching, interwoven with the practical realities of an expedition. You will encounter situations that reveal how you think and act as a leader—and how you can improve or adapt.
We don’t believe in coincidences. During each expedition, the right connections and insights emerge to help you move forward in life, both professionally and personally.
Yasmin draws from her extensive library of coaching tools and theories, using instant coaching to respond to what is happening within you and the group at any given moment. Topics can range from entrepreneurship, mindset, bodywork, meditation, overthinking, work-life balance, people-pleasing, finances, authenticity, and work or personal relationships.
