Expedition Guide at Element X (Training program)
Element X is all about adventure. Not your typical tourist trip, but raw, transformative expeditions that push you physically and mentally far beyond your comfort zone. We take entrepreneurs and ambitious individuals to the most remote corners of the world to help them grow - far away from the daily grind.
But these expeditions don’t run themselves. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for (future) guides with a strong social and/or adventurous spirit — people eager to grow in leadership, self-awareness, and professional skills. Individuals ready to guide others through challenging environments with courage, respect, and responsibility.
What to expect?

An intensive training week in the stretch zone, where you’ll be physically, mentally, and socially challenged. We test your endurance (food, sleep, cold), group dynamics, initiative, and ability to learn through doing. All in a safe, supportive environment - guided by experts with military and coaching backgrounds.

This week is hands-on: you’ll learn by doing, gain deep self-insight, and discover your natural leadership style. Afterwards, you’ll receive a personal analysis of your strengths and development areas.

Who is this for?

(Future) guides, mentors, or coaches with a strong connection to people and adventure

Socially skilled, eager-to-learn, and open-minded individuals

Experience in outdoor or group facilitation is a plus, but not required
What comes after?

After the training week, we make a very selective cut. Those selected move on to our follow-up track, preparing them to guide expeditions worldwide.
