To make your ice bath experience optimal and safe, we ask you to keep the following points in mind:


  1. Contra-indications: Before embarking on your ice bath journey, it is crucial to assess any underlying health issues you may have. Conditions such as heart problems, asthma, or other medical conditions can significantly impact your experience and safety during the ice bath. It is strongly advised that you consult your doctor prior to participating in this activity. Additionally, please inform us of any medical conditions you may have so that we can provide the necessary precautions and adapt the experience to ensure your safety and well-being.

  2. Listen to your body: our body is an excellent communicator when it comes to its limits. If at any point during the ice bath you begin to feel unwell, experience discomfort, or notice any unusual symptoms, it is imperative that you stop immediately. Ignoring these signals can lead to adverse effects on your health.

  3. Preparation is key: A good warm-up and breathing exercises will make sure you are optimally prepared for the ice bath experience.

  4. No solo adventures: Never enter an ice bath alone. With us, you are always under professional supervision.

What can you expect?

During our ice bath initiation, we will guide you in a safe setting, ensuring that you have a positive and beneficial experience while exploring exposure of cold:


  • Breathing techniques: Learn how to stay calm and in control in the cold.

  • Guidance in the ice bath: We adjust the duration of your ice bath to your level (maximum 3 minutes).

  • Aftercare: After the ice bath, we will help you with a controlled warm-up. Warm clothes and a hot drink will be waiting for you.
