Our general terms and conditions

Here you will find the general terms and conditions of sale of Element X BV. They apply to all our expeditions, trainings, leadership programmes and events. One document contains the general and special terms of sale, the package travel conditions under the Belgian Act of 21 November 2017 and the special travel conditions.

Below you can always download the most recent version: exactly the same document we send with our quotes and invoices. If your quote or package travel agreement contains specific arrangements, these apply together with these terms.
