We plan a short introductory conversation in which we discuss your goals, level, and preferences. Our team will then help you find the ideal expedition that matches your adventurous level and expectations.

You don't have to be an elite athlete, just motivated. Through us preparation programme - physical test, training plan and workshops - we safely build your level up to what is needed for your expedition. We screen in advance so that each participant is in the right place.

The preparation usually starts 3 to 6 months before departure and includes a group briefing, a physical analysis, a personalised training schedule, resilience training and technical training. In addition, we thoroughly go through equipment, nutrition and sleep setup together. A few weeks before departure, a final physical check follows.

We consciously work in small, carefully composed groups of 6 to 12 people.

Participants are mainly high performers and entrepreneurs who want to push their own boundaries.

Expect a range of tents, snow caves, and jungle lodgings to simple hotels or yurts, depending on the level of adventure. Each expedition description specifies accommodations for your comfort preference.

Our expeditions are led by certified Wilderness First Responders and expedition leaders with years of experience in extreme conditions. We operate with clear safety protocols, satellite communication, emergency scenarios, and small groups so that we can follow up with everyone personally.

You learn to take ownership, make decisions under pressure, and be accountable for more than just yourself. That experience resonates deeply, even long after the expedition.

The group functions as one team, where everyone takes on a role - from navigation to camp responsibility. During and after each expedition day, we reflect together around the campfire: what worked, where collaboration stalled, where leadership was needed? Those who wish can also have the opportunity to be an expedition leader for a day.
