our expeditions

We schedule a short introductory conversation in which we discuss your goals, level, and preferences.
Our team then helps you find the ideal expedition, so it matches your adventurous level and expectations.

You don't need to be an elite athlete, just motivated. Through our preparation process - physical test, training plan and workshops - we safely build your level up to what is needed for your expedition. We screen in advance so that every participant is in the right place.

The preparation usually starts 3 to 6 months before departure and includes a group briefing, a physical analysis, a personalised training schedule, resilience training and technical training. In addition, we thoroughly go through equipment, nutrition and sleep setup together. A few weeks before departure, a final physical check follows.

We consciously work in small, carefully composed groups of 6 to 12 people.

Participants are mainly high performers and entrepreneurs who want to push their own boundaries.

Then we will look together at an alternative path or preparation 
that allows you to join later. 
Growing is also a process.

The complete expedition programme: preparation programme, physical screening, technical workshops, equipment (such as tents, stoves, navigation), all local transport, meals and guidance. Flights, personal basic clothing and personal insurance are usually not included.

Cancellation policies vary, but we try to be flexible. Full information about the policy is available at the time of booking. We also recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Expect a range of tents, snow caves, and jungle lodgings to simple hotels or yurts, depending on the level of adventure. Each expedition description specifies accommodations for your comfort preference.

Our expeditions are led by certified Wilderness First Responders and expedition leaders with years of experience in extreme conditions. We operate with clear safety protocols, satellite communication, emergency scenarios, and small groups so that we can follow up with everyone personally.

In the expedition, you take responsibility within a team with a common goal. You learn to take ownership, make decisions under pressure, and bear responsibility for more than just yourself. That experience has a deep impact, even long after the expedition.

The group functions as one team, where everyone takes on a role - from navigation to camp responsibility. During and after each expedition day, we reflect together around the campfire: what worked, where collaboration stalled, where leadership was needed? Those who wish can also have the opportunity to be an expedition leader for a day.
